I love anything with the word ‘crumble’ in it! I think maybe it’s the childhood memories of my grandma’s crumbles and helping her around in the kitchen! And the fact that crumbles are not too sweet, so you can eat more! This recipe is moist and the flavor come out so distinct, it’s simplicity is just delicious.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour (you can crush whole almonds)
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup apple cut in pcs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
How to:
Preheat oven 180c
Mix the almond flour and oats and bakind soda. Then put the coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, put 3/4 of the mixture as a base.
Put 3/4 of blueberries & apples in a mixer and puree them and pour them on the mixture. Put the rest of the blueberries on top and cover with the remaining mixture.
Cook for 40 mins and when its cool refrigerate for around 6-8 hours
