New protein balls

I have to be honest, i could not think of a name for these ones!! What i know is that they are delicious, nutritious and really keep you going! Great as breakfast, mid-day snack, pre or post workout snack!

Ingredients:new protein energy balls

1 cup almonds, crushed

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 cup oats

10 medjool dates, pitted

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao

1 tbsp ground flax seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

(any sweetener if you think you need it)

 

How to:

Mix all ingredients together into your food processor until a dough in formed.

Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
