These were my to go breakfast today. With the kids’ first day at school i really had no time to prepare anything! So we all got a piece of these bars in hand and left running.
The ginger and cinnamon give it a twist, so do the dried cherries. And they are filling too, so here’s another option for you!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup almond milk
2-3 tbsp agave or coconut syrup
1/2 cup dried cherries
How to:
1. Place all ingredients, except from the cherries, in food processor and blend until well mixed and a dough forms. Add the cherries and mix them.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it. Bake in a preheat over, at 180C, for 20 minutes.
