One of the very first recipes I did. I love its simplicity and the fact that it tastes so good!
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp mable syrup
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then place the mixture in a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread it evenly and cook for 20 mins at 180c.
