A great recipe for when you grave for cookies but want to stay healthy and guilt free!
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
3 tbsp nut butter (I’ve used peanut and almond)
1 mug oats
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup chocolate chips
How to:
Mash the bananas and then mix all the ingredients together.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, make the cookies and place them in the tray.
Bake them for 20 mins at 180 degrees – until the cookies turn golden brown.
