Chocolate chia pudding

So yesterday part of me was craving chocolate and part of me was reminding me of my vow to stick to my healthy eating regime! And then, this beautiful pudding was born! So here it is, a cross between a treat and a healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 cup plant based milk of your choice

Maple Syrup and vanilla extract to taste

A pinch of salt

How to:

Just mix everything together and refrigerate from 30mins and more.

Enjoy with toppings such as fruit, granola, nuts etc

Simple porridge

I donโ€™t care what temperature it is, itโ€™s officially porridge season! With this simple and so comforting recipe:


1 ripe banana
40gr oats
100ml plant based milk
A pinch of cinammon
1 tbsp of peanut butter
A drop of maple syrup

Mash the banana and add all ingredients in your pan. Cook until bubbles appear. Ready ๐Ÿ™‚
Top with anything you love!

Tahini & Choco biscuits

I love biscuits. And i love them more when they are healthy, so i can eat more without the guilt! So today, i finally had some time and voila, the easiest, tastiest recipe!

Ingredients (for about 10 biscuits)

100gr tahini

60gr maple syrup

50gr chocolate chips (or 40gr cacao powder)

1 tsp cinammon

120gr oats

50gr almonds

A pinch of salt

Start by preheating the oven to 180 and placing a parchment paper on your baking tray.

Then put all the ingredients in your blender and mix well. You will have a sticky dough. Make small balls with your hands and place them on your baking tray. Press them down softly.

Cook for 5-6 minutes.
