These cookies are so basic and I think a great idea for kids’ snack. Moist and bursting with banana and chocolate flavors!
Makes around 12 cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut)
Some chopped almonds
A tbsp choco chips
How to:
Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender.
Spoon tbsp size dough and make cookies, bake for 15 mins.
Tip: if you prefer, substitute the cinnamon with a tbsp or two of shredded coconut.
