Almond Chia balls

Probably my favorite snack! Packed with healthy fats, protein and antioxidants these bites are perfect as energy boosters or if you have a sweet graving!

Ingredients:

1 cup almonds

1-2 tbsp coconut oil

1-2 tbsp cacao

2 tbsp chia seeds

5 big dates

2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter) 

How to:

Put the almonds in a food processor and blend. Then add all the other ingredients and 2 tbsp water and blend again. 

Make small ball with your hands and freeze for about an hour. 

Enjoy!
