Avocado and chocolate together = heaven!! 🙂 I love avocados, in any form! They are super healthy and so versatile really! So I was very excited when I used them as my creamy base for this delicious sweet! Together with the cacao, vanilla and maple syrup you will not be able to stop eating!
1/2 cup almonds
4 big dates
2 ripe avocado
2-3 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup (or stevia if you prefer, or both)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pulse them in a food processor until sticky. You might need to add some coconut oil.
Spoon the mixture into small muffin cases, lined with parchment paper.
Scoop the avocados in the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Put in the rest of the ingredients and blend until they are well mixed.
Scoop the mixture into the crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours!
