Power Burger

Who said that vegans don’t get enough protein?! This burger is a tasty proof to the exact opposite! Chickpeas, quinoa, peas and kale all come together to infuse this burger with protein, antioxidants and fiber! A protein bomb! And it’s so easy and quick to make!

Ingredients:

Power Burger

1 can chickpeas

1 cup quinoa cooked (1/2 uncooked)

1/2 cup peas

1 cup kale

1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes

1 tbsp harissa

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 small onion chopped

Salt

 

How to:

Blend all together and make the patties. Cook in the oven at 200C for 20-30 mins or until golden, or until fried! Enjoy with tahini!!
