This is a healthy version for the muffin lovers! And a healthy option for the kids – as a snack or for breakfast?! They are really easy to make and virtually guilt free!
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour (gluten free if you prefer)
1 tbsp cinammon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar (or stevia drops to taste)
1. Mix the ingredients from the walnuts downwards together.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.

4. Place in muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
