I finally made my first smoothie with Maca powder! And it is simply delicious!!! I was always reading about maca: it boosts energy, and that is why the Inka warriors used to have it prior to going to battle, packed with vitamins such as B, C, E, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium! And it tastes really sweet and caramely!
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp cinammon
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp oats
Simply blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
tips: you can add cacao for a chocolaty twist or use any other non dairy milk!
