Ginger and Lemon drink

Ginger is one of nature’s most powerful antibiotics. It’s known as an immunity booster and i have heard people swear by it for not getting colds! It’s also supposed to be good for our digestive system. This drink also has lemon juice, which due to its many nourishing elements like vitamins C, B, A and E is a great way to cleanse your body and boost your immunity.

You can enjoy this every morning before coffee or breakfast or really any other time.

 

Ingredients:ginger-juice

1 cup water

Juice from 1/2 lemon

2 inch ginger, grated

1 tsp maple syrup (or honey if you eat it) – you can adjust it according to how sweet you want it

a pinch of salt and pepper (or chilly flakes if you prefer)

 

How to:

Simply blend all ingredients together, pour in a glass or jar and enjoy!
