Banana and Turmeric Smoothie

Like ginger, also turmeric is considered a powerful natural antibiotic. So, why use it only for cooking – be creative! You can make turmeric tea or smoothies or even desserts! You can enjoy this any time of the day.

Ingredients:turmeric-smoothie

1 cup coconut milk

2 tsp turmeric

1 ripe banana

some grated ginger (depending on your taste buds), i used 2 inch

1 tsp vanilla essence

 

How to:

Blend all ingredients together, pour in a cup of jar and enjoy.
