Peanut butter, honey and raisins porridge

This creamy porridge is dreamy! Is such comforting way to start your day. If you love peanut butter then you have to try it – it’s filling, packed with protein and fibers to keep you fueled all morning. 

Ingredients:porridge

1/3 cup oats

1 cup water (or plant based milk)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 ripe banana

1 tsp honey

a pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp raisins for topping

 

How to:

  1. Place the oats, water or milk, cinnamon and banana in a saucepan and boil until the liquid is absorbed. 
  2. Once it is absorbed add the honey and peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Place in a bowl, top it with your raisins and enjoy!
