Nut butter, fruit and pumpkin seeds Porridge

I find that if you have a good, healthy and delicious breakfast usually the whole day goes well!  I love porridge in the winter and find it very energizing when I come up with a great recipe!  It helps me make up my brain and body. So this porridge is a keeper. It boosts you with energy and fuels you for the entire morning.


3 tbsp oats

1/2 cup almond milk (or any other)

1 banana

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp almond butter (or any other)

1 tsp honey

a few pumpkin seeds

a few cacao nibs

a few blueberries

How to:

  1. In a small saucepan place the oats, milk, cinnamon and banana and cook until the liquid is mostly absorbed. Stir while cooking so your porridge does not stick on the pan.
  2. When the liquid is absorbed, stir in the butter and honey.
  3. Pour the porridge in a bowl and top with your seeds, cacao nibs and blueberries.
  4. Enjoy every bite!
