‘No recipe needed’ breakfast

There will be mornings when you wake up, ready to conquer the world, starting with a super breakfast! And then there will be mornings when we really cannot face the day! It’s perfectly OK; it’s being human! So, on those mornings, put all your effort in getting out of bed, getting ready and have this easy, comforting breakfast!

    Ingredients:default breakfast

1-2 toasted bread slices

2-4 slices of vegan cheese

1/2 avocado mashed

4 cherry tomatoes cut in small pieces

salt + pepper to taste (also paprika + chilies flakes  if you like)


How to:

  1. Melt the cheese on the bread.
  2. Meanwhile, mix your avocado and tomatoes and seasonings.
  3. Assemble, enjoy and get on with your day!
