Are these a snack or a treat!?! Well, they are both; that’s why i love them! You have the almonds and pistachios for protein and energy, coupled with cacao for the chocolate lovers and orange for freshness! To top it all up, they are super easy to make!
Ingredients:
(for 10 balls)
100gr almonds
50gr pistachios (without the shell)
2 tbsp cacao
1 tsp coconut oil
zest and juice of 1/2 orange (or more if you prefer)
How to:
Simply put everything in a food processor and process until they are well combined and sticky.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for a couple of hours!
