These little energy bombs are just delicious! They are such a comforting delight early afternoon when you are craving for something sweet, yet healthy and as guilt free as possible. The maca and cacao give you energy, whilst the nut butter and hemp powder give you a nice protein boost! This makes them ideal as a pre or post workout snack as well!
Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp hemp powder (depending on how much you like the flavour)
1 tbsp maca powder
2 tbsp cacao
4 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
8 big dates, pitted
1 tbsp cinnamon
A handful of hemp seeds
Coconut flakes
How to:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well until a dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Enjoy
