Maybe it’s a bit of a cliche, but I wanted to make something wit pumpkin, other that soup or roasted or a pie! So, this recipe came up – well balanced flavour wise, full of nutrients your body will love, full of aromas and somewhat of a guilt free treat!
There is something about granola that i simply cannot resist! I love topping my smoothie bowls with it, my nut yoghurt or chia puddings, or just have it with milk. And this recipe gives you so much goodness in every spoon. Almonds, Cashews, Goji Berries, Pumpkin Seeds, Linseed Seeds, Coconut Oil …. need i say more!
I hope you enjoy it!
Overnight oats are one of the best solutions for busy mornings when you know you have to eat breakfast but really don’t have time to make one. Mixed with the right ingredients, they can be a delicious, nutritious meal that will keep you fueled all morning.
This recipe blends fruits, oats and some of the healthiest seeds to really give you a boost in the morning. I’ve also added maca powder for that extra kick – and because i loveee the caramel taste.
These little energy bombs are just delicious! They are such a comforting delight early afternoon when you are craving for something sweet, yet healthy and as guilt free as possible. The maca and cacao give you energy, whilst the nut butter and hemp powder give you a nice protein boost! This makes them ideal as a pre or post workout snack as well!
For those who love chocolate – try this!! It is a healthy, super indulgent way to start your day. There is no need for any sweetener because of the chocolate and the ripe banana and the orange zest gives it a great freshness and aroma. It’s also really filling.
