When I woke up last Sunday I really craved for fruits and veggies. And I couldn’t decide what to have, so I threw everything i grabbed from my fridge in the mixer: mango, pineapple, avocado, spinach, kale, banana and orange juice! And it was just what I needed! Nutritious, delicious and refreshing!
Ingredients:
1/2 mango
1/2 banana
a handful (or two pineapple)
a handful spinach
a handful kale
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 avocado
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp hemp powder (optional)
How to:
Simply mix everything together and blend.
