Peanut and Hemp energy balls

My brother loves peanut butter. So these are his ideal snack. With only 6 ingredients you have your protein and energy boost. They are so easy to make and delicious; if you like peanuts this is a must try.

Ingredients:peanut butter balls

6 big dates, pitted

100gr oats

100gr peanuts (roast them if raw for a better flavour)

2 tbsp peanut butter

1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp water


How to:

  1. Pulse the oats and peanuts together for a chunky mix.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a sticky dough forms
  3. Roll the mix into small balls and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
