After a short break, I’m back! Back to my beloved ingredients, recipes and food processor!! So I just had to make these new energy balls with some of my favourite ingredients – i think you will like them!
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp cinammon
1 tbsp flax-seeds meal
Orange zest to taste
1 tbsp maple syrup (or acave)
1 tbsp almond butter
How to:
- Place the flaxseeds with 3 tbsp of water and let them stand for 10 minutes
- Place the rest of the ingredients in the processor and blend until well combined
- Add the flaxseeds and blend
- Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate overnight
