Almond, Raisins and Orange balls

After a short break, I’m back! Back to my beloved ingredients, recipes and food processor!! So I just had to make these new energy balls with some of my favourite ingredients – i think you will like them!


1 cup almonds

1 cup raisins

1 tbsp cinammon

1 tbsp flax-seeds meal

Orange zest to taste

1 tbsp maple syrup (or acave)

1 tbsp almond butter


How to:

  1. Place the flaxseeds with 3 tbsp of water and let them stand for 10 minutes
  2. Place the rest of the ingredients in the processor and blend until well combined
  3. Add the flaxseeds and blend
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate overnight
