Tahini and superseeds overnight bowl

I swear I can put tahini everywhere. I love the taste and of course the health benefits – high in healthy fats and amino acids, great source of vitamins and minerals, improves skin health etc etc!!

Add some super seeds in there and you’ve got breakfast or the champions! Chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds! 

And then, cacao nibs, oats and berries (strawberries are particularly good!)

Are you ready to try it yet?!  


3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp tahini

a handful of cacao nibs

a tsp vanilla essence

1/2 banana

1/3 cup coconut or other plant based milk

a few chopped walnuts

Berries for topping

Optional – 1-2 tbsp oats


How to:

Blend all ingredients except for the berries and walnuts. When you pour the mix in your bowl, add the walnuts and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning top it with berries and enjoy.
