Raw granola

Honestly, i think this is my favourite recipe in a while! It’s sooo delicious and sooo full of healthy ingredients and sooo versatile – you just have to try it. 

You’ve got walnuts, almonds, flaxseed meal, chia seeds and hemp seeds – full of healthy fats, fiber and proteins; coconut, cinnamon, raisins and dates for their beautiful taste. 

You can eat it with a spoon, make overnight granola, add your milk or yoghurt or top your dessert or oats!

Ingredients: raw granola

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup walnuts

2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

1/2 cup shredded coconut

6 medjool dates

2 tbsp raisins

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional (even if it’s not raw): 1/2 cup oats

 

How to:

  1. Place the dates in a food processor and blend. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend – you need the nuts to be in big pieces though so be careful!
  2. Done 🙂
