This is such a nice, guilt free indulgence! For every time you feel that you need something sweet or some comfort! You can make really small bites or bigger ones. I think you’ll probably not be able to only have one.
Ingredients:
7 medjool dates
2/3 shredded coconut
2/3 oats
3 tbsp cashew or almond butter
2 tbsp cacao
5 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
2. Roll the mixture into small bites and refrigerate.
