Apart from the fact that I’m a sacker for pink, this bowl is soooo creamy and tasty, it is really a lovely way to start your day! When I made this i was in a weird kind of ‘leave me alone’ ‘i don’t want to wake up’ ‘i need to get back to bed’ mood! And honestly, it all changed when I tasted my breakfast!
It’s packed with protein, vitamins and healthy fats – so go ahead, reward yourself for getting out of bed!
4 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop (30gr) pea protein
1 tsp moringa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
a few drops of vanilla extract
add some honey if you want it a bit sweeter
Simply blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
Add any topping you like – strawberries, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, granola etc!
