Spring is in the air!! At least in this part of the world! So, why not start your day with a mango and strawberries smoothie bowl!
My fruit is from Foodsaver Stores in Cyprus.
1 cup frozen mango chunks from Foodsaver
6 frozen strawberries from Foodsaver
1/3 cup cashews
5 medjool dates
4 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Simply blend everything together in a high speed food processor, until its smooth. Top with whatever you like (pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, granola etc)
