Almond + Raisin oatmeal cookies

It seems that it’s always a good time for cookies. They are one of the best comfort foods – so if they are healthy even better!

These cookies are filled with the goodness of oats, raisins, cinnamon and almonds! So, go on, have your healthy indulgence! 

In this recipe I used the almond meat after I made my almond milk – so a nice solution for this as well!

Ingredients:IMG_7168

1 cup oats

1 cup almond meat

5 medjool dates

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp almond butter

1/2 cup raisins

A few drops vanilla extract 

1 tbsp cinnamon

 

How to:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a parchment paper on your baking tray. 

2. Place all ingredients in your food processor and mix well. When they are well combined, make them into small biscuits and bake for around 17 minutes.
