Apple oat bars

With my life getting as busy as ever, I neglected one of my favourite things – cooking! Being in my kitchen, with my music, surrounded by all of the vegan goodies. 

So here’s the first recipe in a while, i promise the next one will be soon enough!

Ingredients:IMG_9710

  • 200gr oats
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2 big red apples,peeled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup raisins

How to:

  1. Add all ingredients (expect walnuts, raisins and flakes) in a blender and mix well together.
  2. Then add the walnuts, raisins and flakes and mix well.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and empty the mixture. Shape it into big square.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 25 minutes. Let them cool down and then cut into your bars
