With my life getting as busy as ever, I neglected one of my favourite things – cooking! Being in my kitchen, with my music, surrounded by all of the vegan goodies.
So here’s the first recipe in a while, i promise the next one will be soon enough!
Ingredients:
- 200gr oats
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 2 big red apples,peeled and mashed
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup agave
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup raisins
How to:
- Add all ingredients (expect walnuts, raisins and flakes) in a blender and mix well together.
- Then add the walnuts, raisins and flakes and mix well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and empty the mixture. Shape it into big square.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 25 minutes. Let them cool down and then cut into your bars
