Hemp is packed with protein and omega 3 acids so I try to include it in as many recipes as possible! And including it in smoothies is a great way!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk
1-2 tbs hemp powder
1-2 tbs cacao
1 tbs coconut oil
1 banana
5 strawberries
1 tbs nut butter
How to:
Mix everything in a food processor and blend for 20 seconds maximum. Enjoy!
