Quinoa! One the most versatile, yummy, nutritious grains in the world!! Together with the various seeds, almond butter and dried fruits, these bars are the perfect on the go snack, ideal any time of the day!
Ingredients: 
6 dates, simmered in 1 cup water for around 10mins
1/2 cup quinoa
3 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
3 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp dried cranberries
How to:
1. Place all the ingredient in a food processor (dates should be drained and pitted).
2. When they are well mixed, spread mixture in a plate, with a parchment paper and refrigerate overnight
