When it comes to snacks, I aim for healthy, nutritious, energising and of course delicious!! These little balls are just that!! They are little protein/energy bombs! Hope you enjoy them!
Ingredients:
1 cup peanuts
5 dates
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp pea protein powder
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: a few drops of stevia
Optional: cacao nibs
How to:
Simply put all ingredients in the food processor and blend until well mixed and sticky.
If you are putting the cacao nibs, don’t blend them with the rest of the ingredients – mix them in after that!
Roll them into small balls and place them in the fridge for a couple of hours before enjoying!
