Quinoa breakfast

Experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! What a better way to start your day with a super breakfast full of protein and fiber! You should hesitate to try quinoa in this sweet version, because it’s so versatile that it really is delicious! Good morning and bon appetite!

Ingredients (for 2 people):quinoa-breakfast

For the quinoa:

1 cup quinoa

1.5 cups almond milk (or any other of your liking)

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp cinnamon

a pinch of nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup (or more if you prefer it)

For the topping:


Pumpkin seeds

Raisins or dried cranberries or gogi berries

Chopped almonds

Dried coconut flakes

How to:

  1. Put all the quinoa ingredients (except for the maple syrup) in a saucepan and cook until the milk is absorbed.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the maple syrup and raisins or cranberries or goji berries. Leave for a few minutes to cool.
  3. Add the topping ingredients and enjoy!
