For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Not only because scientists long have claimed it, but also because I feel that if you start your day with a nice breakfast you get a happier start 🙂
This oatmeal is simply divine, full of flavour and goodness!
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tbsp coconut oil
1.5 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cinammon
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
a handful of chopped almonds
How to:
- Preheat the oven at 180 c
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Mix all the wet ingredients together
- Cut the banana into slices in your baking tray
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients and the blueberries
- Pour the mix in the baking tray and cook for 20 minutes
