Quinoa stir fry

I know it’s a bit of a cliche, but I am crazy about superfoods… or if you don’t like the term superfoods, foods that are good for you! Quinoa, Soy beans, Kale, Broccoli,Avocado, Ginger and Turmeric are such foods. So, if you put them all together in a plate… well your body and health love you a bit more!


1/2 cup uncooked quinoa

3 frozen broccoli stems

1 cup frozen kale

1/2 cup soy beans

1/2 avocado

Ginger, Turmeric and Soy sauce to taste

Olive oil

How to:

  1. Start by cooking your quinoa with 1 cup water.
  2. In a saucepan place some olive oil and place the cooked quinoa, broccoli (which you defrosted before), kale and soy beans. Cook for a bit and then add the soy sauce, ginger and turmeric. 
  3. Enjoy this big bowl of goodness!
