I’m so very happy Spring is here! Everyone seems more happy, more alive and already thinking about summer, sandy warm beaches and my favourite part: the sea! So this morning when I woke up, this smoothie came to mind – the flavours really do brighten your day! Close your eyes, take a sip and just imagine you are on an island…
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oats
1/4 avocado
1/2 banana
some pieces of mango
some pieces of pineapple
some grated ginger and turmeric
1 tbsp hemp powder or seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk
How to:
Just blend all the ingredients together for around 40 secs and enjoy!
note: I used frozen fruits as i find that the taste is better.
