What’s there not to love about berries?! A single day does not pass by that I don’t eat one berry or another! The latest addition to my pantry is acai powder; and I am going wild!! Lol! A few words on acai berries: they are packed with antioxidants, amino acids, good fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Hence they are a great antioxidant source, aiding in neutralizing damaging free radicals, boost your energy levels, support the immune system and promote a healthy digestive system, among other!
As far as tastes goes, to me it tastes like chocolaty wine! If that makes sense!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp acai powder
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup almond milk
a pinch of cinnamon
Topping: banana slices, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs!
How to:
Simply blend all ingredients together, place in a bowl an top with anything you like!
