Good morning peopleee!! Today’s breakfast: chia seeds & strawberries pudding! Easy to make and sooo healthy!
Chia seeds: a good source of protein, omega 3 fatty acids, iron, fiber, calcium and antioxidanta.
Hemp seeds: rich in omega 3&6 fatty acids, protein, iron, fiber.
Strawberries: good source of vitamins and minerals and fiber.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
3 strawberries, cut in pieces
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp almond butter
almond milk to cover the rest of the ingredients
cinnamon to taste
How to:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. In the morning top with anything you like – pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, other berries etc etc!
