The mornings are warm these days, so what’s better than a tropical delicious smoothie bowl. Smoothies and smoothie bowls are a great way to include your fruits and veggies in your daily routine, and the morning is a great time to start! I’ve never met a dish spiced with ginger that i didn’t like! I cannot get enough! And it can only be a good thing, since ginger is so beneficial to our health: apart from the gastrointestinal relief it is credited with, it has great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. So come on… add ginger in your life!
Carrot and Pineapple smoothie
Yes, it can be done: carrots can be used in your smoothies! And you know what? They are delicious! You just need to use your imagination – pair them with a bit of vanilla, acave or maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and voila!

Artichoke ‘tartare’
If you love artichokes (like I do) and gherkins, capers and ginger (like I do), then this one is for you! I came up with this recipe exactly because i wanted to combine all these foods together! And I cannot have enough really. As a main or as a side dish, this is a must try.
