When I woke up last Sunday I really craved for fruits and veggies. And I couldn’t decide what to have, so I threw everything i grabbed from my fridge in the mixer: mango, pineapple, avocado, spinach, kale, banana and orange juice! And it was just what I needed! Nutritious, delicious and refreshing!
Superfood bars
OK, I admit it… I just took almost all seeds and nuts my pantry had and threw them in the mixer! With some oats, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla! And the result is sooo good! And filling! And packed with protein, fiber, vitamins! Ideal as breakfast on the go or a snack.
Maca, Hemp seeds and Cacao energy balls
These little energy bombs are just delicious! They are such a comforting delight early afternoon when you are craving for something sweet, yet healthy and as guilt free as possible. The maca and cacao give you energy, whilst the nut butter and hemp powder give you a nice protein boost! This makes them ideal as a pre or post workout snack as well!

Yes, another maca fused smoothie. Yes, it’s official… I’m hooked… I don’t know if it’s the caramel taste of maca or the fact that it does really energise me and keeps me going for hours and hours! This smoothie will get you wondering if it’s a dessert or if you are really having your breakfast (or snack)!

For those who love chocolate – try this!! It is a healthy, super indulgent way to start your day. There is no need for any sweetener because of the chocolate and the ripe banana and the orange zest gives it a great freshness and aroma. It’s also really filling.
