The very first cake i ever made, in my previous life before becoming a vegan, was a cheesecake. And it was pretty good; so good our friends always asked me to bring one at dinner parties. So naturally, i just had to make a vegan version of it. And it is pretty good as well!

Super food granola
There is something about granola that i simply cannot resist! I love topping my smoothie bowls with it, my nut yoghurt or chia puddings, or just have it with milk. And this recipe gives you so much goodness in every spoon. Almonds, Cashews, Goji Berries, Pumpkin Seeds, Linseed Seeds, Coconut Oil …. need i say more!

Nuts and Seeds power bars
Omega 3, Calcium, Protein, Fiber, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Vitamins C, B amongst a few! All things good and healthy! What is there not to like about these bars?! The thing is, when i was making these, i really wanted to load them with as much goodness as possible, and i think we are there! They are delicious, super nutritious and fuel you for hours.
Mixed nuts butter
When I made my first almond butter, I was so excited by how easy it was! I never bought ready made nut butter again. I then tried making peanut butter. This time around i decided to try mixed nuts, as I really love all of them. And the result is delicious, as expected.
Superfood bars
OK, I admit it… I just took almost all seeds and nuts my pantry had and threw them in the mixer! With some oats, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla! And the result is sooo good! And filling! And packed with protein, fiber, vitamins! Ideal as breakfast on the go or a snack.
Coconut and Lime balls
With summer just 1 month away (and it’s beginning to feel like it), lime and coconut seem like a good choice! Prepare them, sit back, close your eyes and imagine you are in a beautiful sandy long beach ……. can’t get better than that!
Fruity Green smoothie
‘Eat your veggies please’ ‘Eat your fruit please’. These words still echo in my head!! I remember back then I really really didn’t want my veggies and rarely ate my fruit!
Now days, I get so excited with coming up with recipes with as many greens and fruits as possible! This smoothie has spinach, kale, mango and pineapple – so bursting with flavour and vitamins C, K, A, B2 and B6, magnesium, protein, amongst other!
Vegan Carrot Cake and frosting
I think that a nice, moist piece of carrot cake was always one of my favourite, most comforting and satisfying sweets. So, I woke up the other day and I was determine to enjoy it once again – so I had to make the vegan version of it. And voila!
