Banana and Choco Chips Cookies

I love it when you try new recipes and they come out better than you expected! This one, we did with my youngest daughter – she loves chocolate, so the choco chips were her idea :). I’ve been wanting to involve my kids in these recipes, because i want them to start eating healthy and thinking about their eating habits and choices. 

Luckily she loved them!

So, these cookies are good as an adult and or kids healthy snack or breakfast!

Maca, Hemp seeds and Cacao energy balls

These little energy bombs are just delicious! They are such a comforting delight early afternoon when you are craving for something sweet, yet healthy and as guilt free as possible. The maca and cacao give you energy, whilst the nut butter and hemp powder give you a nice protein boost! This makes them ideal as a pre or post workout snack as well!

Peanut Butter and Oats Granola Bars

Granola bars have always been my weakness when it comes to snacking. I just didn’t want the sugar the store bought ones have. So,  I made this recipe, so i could enjoy my granola bars without guilt. These bars are so delicious and hearty, you can eat them as breakfast or snack. I also like the fact that they are softer than what you would expect from a granola bar.

Healthy Peanut butter cookies

While I was making these cookies I was thinking about how to indulge kids! I think it’s a common issue between mums: how to get their kids to eat healthier snacks. So i tried to combine healthy, nutritious and delicious into these cookies.

Of course is not only for kids, but for adults as well!  Great to have in hand as an indulgence healthy snack or breakfast!
